ABOUT ANNIE

I have a joyful and open-minded approach to yoga and its teachings. I like to embrace traditional and new fusion styles.

My love of yoga began during my travels around Asia in 2003. I found so much inspiration and fell in love with the collective art of yoga. My studies began in 2004 in traditional Mysore Ashtanga in Byron Bay, Australia. I then settled in the South of France in 2005 where I lived for the last 10 years bringing up my young son and travelling regularly to keep my yoga studies fresh. I’ve worked with many leading western and Indian teachers to develop my own style of flowing vinyasa yoga.

Over the last 9 years I have specialised in Led Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. I’ve run collective classes in English and French with a strong international ‘private’ client base and worked on and hosted yoga retreats.

My roots and personal practice are in the traditional Ashtanga while my passions and experiences also include: Yoga Nidra, Chanting, Meditation, SUP Yoga (standup paddle board yoga), Yoga Dance, Jivamukti Yoga and various massage therapies including Watsu (water massage) and Wu Tai Massage.
