A lovingly restored 16th Century farmhouse set in ten acres of gardens and grounds in the heart of the English countryside.
With exquisite attention to detail, the farm buildings have been immaculately refurbished preserve the authentic characteristics of a Somerset farm.
The farm offers a beautifully modernised cottage and additional cow byres set around a private courtyard.
Nestled amongst the grounds are perfect spots to explore and recharge; walk around the apple orchard, the duck pond and meadow.

6.00 - 7.00pm – Grounding Yoga (60 mins)
7.15pm - Welcome Dinner
Saturday
8 - 8.30am - Light Breakfast.
9.10-15am - Uplifting Flow Yoga (75mins).
12.00-1.30pm – Lunch.
Afternoon - Massage available (pre booking essential) Relax, read, hot tub or roam around grounds.
3.30-4.30pm – Yin & Restorative yoga (60mins) tea and snacks served after.
6- 7pm - Mindful wine tasting - Our expert sommelier will guide us through a wine tasting, where we’ll engage our senses to focus on what is actually happening in our palate.
7.00pm - Dinner.
9pm - Yoga Nidra & Meditation (30/45mins)
Sunday - Departure
8am- 8.30am - Self service; hot lemon/ tea /coffee & fruit available.
9-10am - Slow Flow Yoga (60mins).
10am - Breakfast and depart.
