Payments

Deposit of £200 (non returnable for to be paid upon booking).

Cancellation policy

We understand that unexpected events can occur, therefore, we strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance. In the event that you have to cancel after booking:

• Your holding deposit of £200 is non-refundable, but can be moved to another retreat

• Cancellations received in writing* 3 months before date (inclusive) are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your total retreat price (less deposit)

• Cancellations received in writing* less than a month before date (inclusive) are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of your total retreat price (less deposit)

• In all cancellation cases and on written* agreement, you can transfer your deposit and payment amount to another attendee if you find a suitable person to replace you.

*All cancellations must be sent by letter via email to anniesoulflowyoga@gmail.com

In the event that Soul Flow retreats has to cancel:

• The retreat will be cancelled if we have insufficient numbers. We need a minimum of 8 people to run this retreat.

• In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the retreat all money paid to Soul Flow will be fully refunded to each booking.

Soul Flow cannot be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to retreat cancellation including flights. Again, we strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance with a robust cancellation policy to cover eventualities.

Please note if details of the itinerary change, we will insure sufficient replacements at all times.
