We guarantee quality balanced yoga, breathing and meditation practices, combined with scenic hiking experiences, all wrapped up in delicious vegetarian buffet brunches and laid-back 3 course evening soul suppers with organic wine tasting in an authentic French country house setting.
Enjoy wild river swimming on your doorstep in the beautiful fresh river Loup which runs within the vast grounds. Star and sound bathing are your evening options or chill out in front of open fires or snuggle up with that book you’ve been meaning to read for so long.
Lounge
Re-set yourself! Take your space within a group of like-minded people, all looking for inner re-connection and ultimately finding clear headspace.
The two main aspects of the retreat are: Twice daily yoga and some guided hiking options. Do as little or as much as your heart desires.
Each day starts with a themed dynamic ‘yang yoga’ session and ends with a restorative ‘yin yoga’ practice, including breath work, yoga nidra and meditations. In between yoga are themed-guided hikes in the local surrounding trails, catering for all levels. Other afternoons are free to fill with body work/massage appointments, informal plant based cooking demonstrations and beauty hacks from the kitchen. Alternatively you can just soak up the sunshine by the outdoor heated pool or lay in a meadow of wild flowers. There will be ample choice of healthy snacks along with warming and cleansing drinks and juices.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES
If you’re seeking a little more adrenaline to add to your week or if your partner is accompanying you but isn’t doing yoga, then you can choose from a host of other activities*:
Paragliding - Pilots come from far to enjoy the wind currents and fabulous sites in and around Gréolières. There are plenty of sites for the experienced and novice alike.
Horseriding - Just 15 minutes drive away are stables offering hacks for experienced and beginner riders. The views are spectacular making it a beautiful place to ride.
Climbing - There are several great climbs as well as Via Ferrata (climbing routes with pitons and wire hand rails). There’s also more climbing spots just 10 minutes away in Gourdon.
Canyoning - A popular past time in the area is Canyoning. If you are unfamiliar with this then it’s the sport of descending into the waters of the gorge nearby and following the river down, emerging the other end!
Mountain Biking - For those who like to ride the hills on little to no path, will love the terrain here. Not to far away you can use the chair lifts and ride down the ‘slopes’.
Golf - There are 7 top class 18 hole golf courses little more than half an hour away. With plenty more in the direction of the coast.
Motor Sports - If nothing above has tickled your fancy then maybe renting an old classic car and cruising along the scenic roads will.
* These activities are not included in the retreat package however we can assist in making the bookings for you.
